Thousands of Home Sustainability Assessors CANNOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS! WHY?
The current state of the Green Loans Call Centre reports the centre closed up to 9.00 am. At 9 oclock the call centre is engaged! This kind of system is a FAILURE on DEWHA's behalf!
Assessors are having to sit on the phone all day! Assessors are reporting making hundreds of calls, then to get cut off after 17.00! After hours of waiting!
Today eight calls were made from 8:58 to 9:00. At 9:00 [Synchronised with Radio National's News Call], the Call Centre goes to ENGAGED!
Heads Are Burning Peter! - Would hours before 9 oclock or after 5 oclock be of use! Why are YOU letting this DEBACLE repeat itself week after week! We have had problems making calls to the Green Loan Call Centre since the logical decision to upgrade a live booking system, in the FIRST WEEK OF THE YEAR!
Could you do your job without a phone? Or access to your dept. your fellow Senators!
How can we do our job Peter? Were we in fact fooled into signing a contract with DEWHA that is un-workable! The is a scent of BAD FAITH here, on DEWHA's behalf!
